Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make modifications.

Shipping Within Canada 

We currently ship Canada-wide only.

Standard Shipping

• Flat Rate: $9.99 CAD 
• Free Shipping on orders over $100 CAD
• Estimated Delivery: 3-8 business days depending on your location

Express Shipping

• Flat Rate: $19.99 CAD
• Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.

Remote Areas

For remote or rural locations, delivery times may be slightly extended. If additional shipping fees apply for your location, we will contact you before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, shipping fees will be deducted from an eligible refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
