Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, updates will be posted on our website.
If you have any questions about delivery to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
How long does the shipping takes?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Once shipped:
- Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping and Tracking Details
We currently ship within Canada only.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping: $9.99 CAD.
Free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD
Express Shipping: $19.99 CAD
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Do you charge taxes?
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province in accordance with Canadian tax regulations.
The final total, including taxes, will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
Credits and refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if I receive damaged or incorrect products?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos
- Photos of the packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if the item is unavailable. In these cases, we cover the replacement shipping costs.
